Key Responsibilities:

Develop scalable, high-performance web applications using MERN/MEAN stack and Python-based services.
Design and integrate AI-powered chatbots with web platforms and CRMs.
Work on conversational AI, including natural language processing (NLP) for smart, contextual chatbot interactions.
Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services (e.g., CRMs, cloud tools, communication platforms).
Collaborate on AI/ML modules for automation, user personalization, and process optimization.
Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve existing applications.
Optimize performance and ensure responsive, secure applications.

Proficiency in MongoDB, Express, Node.js, React.js or Angular, and Python (Flask/Django).
Experience in developing and deploying chatbots (Dialog Flow, Rasa, Botpress, etc.).
Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
Hands-on with Git/version control and API integrations.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase, GCP, etc.).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience with GraphQL, Redux, or Socket.io.
Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and chatbot integration.
Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodology.
Exposure to AI/ML tools (e.g., OpenAI, TensorFlow, LangChain, etc.).
